NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.
items returned or undeliverable
If the customer makes an error in shipping addresses and results in the package being returned to us, we are not responsible for shipping the item again.
If an error on our part resulted in the package being returned to us, we will ship the item again to the customer.
lost+damaged items
Once an item has been shipped, TAF is not responsible for packages that are lost due to mail service. If you have failed to receive your order, please email adornedfox@gmail.com with your order number and I will check tracking.
It will be at the buyers responsibility to call their local USPS regarding the order or to file a claim with the post office.
You have fourteen calendar days from the date the item ships to notify us of a damaged item.
Please email adornedfox@gmail.com with pictures to prove the damage to the item and include your order number in the email.
Once accepted, a new item will be created and shipped.
